Four HubSpot sequences. Reverse-lead-magnet hook, 15-min call CTA.

The funnel

  1. Email 1 — open with the real pain, ask them to name their top 2-3 competitors
  2. Email 2 — "I picked who I'd guess, already spotted a gap" (net-new value)
  3. Email 3 — referral ask ("if you're not the right person, who is?")
  4. Email 4 — value breakup + 15-min call link (new thread)
  5. Reply → you build the competitor breakdown → 15-min call → (post-trust) account audit
